Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Maultasche(s)
- 1 cup sour cream, or crème fraîche
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 1 dash of olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Indian-style Maultaschen
Cut the Maultaschen into roughly 2 cm cubes and fry them in a pan with olive oil until lightly browned. Add the thinly sliced spring onions (I always leave out the dark green part, as it’s too firm for me) and fry briefly. Add 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder and mix well. Stir in the sour cream, reduce heat, and stir until the sour cream is liquid. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and a little more curry powder, if desired. Serve with naan bread.
