Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream, or crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Indian-style Maultaschen

Cut the Maultaschen into roughly 2 cm cubes and fry them in a pan with olive oil until lightly browned. Add the thinly sliced ​​spring onions (I always leave out the dark green part, as it’s too firm for me) and fry briefly. Add 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder and mix well. Stir in the sour cream, reduce heat, and stir until the sour cream is liquid. Season to taste with pepper, salt, and a little more curry powder, if desired. Serve with naan bread.
