Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g Spätzle (egg spaetzle), pre-cooked
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some pepper
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • n. B. Sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • n. B. herbs
  • some oil for frying
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

delicious spicy spaetzle pan

Peel the onions and garlic. Finely dice them and fry briefly in a hot pan. Then add the pre-cooked egg noodles to the pan. Fry everything briefly. Deglaze with half a glass of water and add the diced ham. Bring to a boil briefly, then stir in the barbecue sauce. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and spices and serve. Tip: You can also sprinkle some cheese on top.
