Sucuk – noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350 g pasta
  • 3 sausages (sucuk, garlic sausage)
  • 1 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
  • 2 small peppers (1 mild + 1 hot)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the noodles until al dente. In the meantime, slice the sucuk and chop the vegetables. Sauté both in a little butter for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the tomato paste, stir, and sauté for another minute. Pour the sucuk mixture over the drained noodles and stir.
