Quick Maultaschen pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can peas and carrots, drained
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • little fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, peel and dice the onion. Then, fry it briefly in a little fat in a heated pan until translucent. Then, cut the Maultaschen into strips. Add them and fry until golden brown. Then, add the peas and carrots, along with the crème fraîche, and heat everything through. Finally, sprinkle some grated cheese over the top and season lightly to taste (please use only a little salt, as cheese is usually already salty). A green salad goes very well with this dish.
