Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 4 tbsp oil
- 6 potatoes, peeled
- 300 g carrot(s), peeled
- 2 large onions, peeled
- ¼ liter beef broth
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- salt and pepper

Farmer’s pan
Sauté the finely chopped onions in oil, add the minced meat, and cook until thoroughly cooked. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes, and slice the leeks into rings. Add the vegetables to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and pour in the broth. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour until tender. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
