Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 200 g beef fillet(s), diced
- 150 g potatoes, bacony, cooked, diced
- oil
- 50 g pork fillet(s), streaky, diced
- 50 g bacon, diced
- Parsley, marjoram, chopped
- Caraway, whole
- Sea salt, coarse-grained
- Pepper, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Sauté the onion, garlic, and bacon in hot oil, add the potatoes, and fry until crispy. Add the meat and fry quickly. Sprinkle with caraway and marjoram, season with salt and pepper, and serve sprinkled with fresh parsley. Fry the eggs into fried eggs and place them over the Gröstl.
