Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g rice
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 1 small can of peas
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Dice the cooked ham. Drain the mushrooms and add them to a pan along with the ham and peas (with the liquid from the can). Heat gently. Season with salt and pepper. Cook the rice, drain well, and add it to the pan. Mix everything together and season with thyme. Enjoy!
