Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 lemons, untreated
- n. B. Lemon balm, approx. 4 – 6 stems
- n. B. Mint, approx. 4 – 6 stems
- 500 ml apple juice, clear, approx.
- 1.4 liters of carbonated mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the lemon zest in thin spirals and squeeze the lemon juice. Rinse the lemon balm and mint and shake dry. Divide the lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon balm, and mint into two approximately 1-liter bottles. Top up with apple juice and mineral water and refrigerate.
