Floo's quick loaf cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 120 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon)
  • 1 packet of baking powder with saffron
  • ½ pack of flavoring (orange peel), or grated peel of half an organic orange
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g cream or Cremefine
  • 50 g chocolate, drops or chopped
  • 1 pack of chocolate glaze
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Chocolate – Orange

Mix everything well and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 160°C for about 45-50 minutes (test with a toothpick). Cover with the chocolate glaze.
