Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, Crémant or other dry wine), ice-cold
  • 1 grapefruit(s) pink, squeezed
  • 4 dashes of liqueur (Apérol)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

a long drink (not only) for Valentine’s Day

Squeeze the grapefruit and divide the juice (if necessary, through a sieve) among 4 champagne glasses. Add a dash (or more) of Apérol to each and top with the Crémant.
