Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together eggs, sugar, flour, oil, Baileys, and baking powder until frothy. Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and bake on the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
