Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 100 g desiccated coconut
- 200 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- some eggnog
- Fat, for the shape
- Flour , for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer for 5 minutes. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at approximately 160°C for approximately 60 minutes. Test with a skewer for doneness.
