Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can of corn
- 1 apple
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Parsley
Instructions

Peel the apple and dice it into small cubes, then dice the bell pepper. Mix it with the corn in a bowl and season with salt, oil, vinegar, and parsley. This salad goes well with garlic baguette; we also like to serve it as a side dish for barbecues or meat fondues.
