Fresh dessert with mango

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 20 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp honey, clear
  • 500 g natural yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and dice the mangos, then gently mix with the honey. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Add the coconut flakes; the mixture should still be slightly runny. Whisk the yogurt slightly and divide it into 4 dessert bowls. Pour the fruit mixture on top and garnish to taste. Tip: If you like, you can also stir a little rum into the fruit or add vanilla ice cream.
