Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage (Lyoner)
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled
- n. B. Pickled gherkin(s)
- e.g. cream
- n. B. Oil
- n. B. vinegar
- salt and pepper
- possibly dill
- possibly cheese

simple but sooooo delicious
Dice the sausage, eggs, and cucumbers and place everything in a bowl. Mix together a dressing with oil, vinegar (I usually use the broth from the pickles), and cream. Season with salt and pepper. I also like to add chopped dill, and if I have cheese, I’ll add it, too. Let the sausage salad marinate, then serve. We usually serve it with fried potatoes or just bread.
