Broccoli spaghetti with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, sliced
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil
  • 225 g king prawns, frozen
  • 260 g pasta
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the broccoli florets in boiling salted water for 3-5 minutes. Drain and reserve the water. Cook the pasta in the broccoli water until al dente. Drain. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the broccoli and shrimp, and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the pasta, mix, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. This recipe has approximately 9 WW ProPoints.
