  • 250 g mascarpone

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

delicious summer dessert with mascarpone and quark

Arrange the ladyfingers in a baking dish. Drizzle with Amaretto or orange liqueur, if desired. Wash and chop the strawberries. Mix half of the sugar with the strawberries. Mix the mascarpone, quark, cream, vanilla extract, and the remaining sugar, and season with 2 tablespoons of Amaretto or olive oil. Arrange the strawberries on the ladyfingers and spread the cream over them. Sieve the powdered sugar and cocoa powder over the cream. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It tastes best after it has been allowed to stand for a few hours. P.S.: The recipe got its fitting name from my dear fellow members of the ShgdBs. Thank you so much!
