Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 bananas, ripe
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp butter, soft
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Spice(s) (vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove(s)) to taste

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 hours; Total time approx. 20 hours 20 minutes

Banana Queque

Puree the bananas in small pieces with sugar and butter in a blender, then add them to a mixer. Mix the flour with baking soda and seasonings, if desired, and add. Add the separately beaten egg and mix well. Pour the batter into a springform pan and bake at 135°C for 40 minutes. When a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean, it’s done.
