Berry cream dessert

Spread the love

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 500 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 40 g sugar
  • 600 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • e.g. muesli (chocolate muesli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Place the quark, yogurt, honey, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Cover the bottom of 7 glasses with the chocolate muesli, then fill the glasses with some white cream and some fruit. Then layer more muesli, white cream, and fruit on top until the glass is full. Add cream as the second-to-last layer, and finally muesli to make it look nice. Once the glasses are full, place them in the refrigerator. If you are making the dessert with frozen fruit, place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so the fruit can thaw. I personally prefer it with fresh berries. This recipe makes seven glasses, each with a capacity of approximately 0.2 liters.
