Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 50 g margarine
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml milk (or a little more if needed)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s), beaten, for brushing if required

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Danish tea rolls – enough for 12 pieces

Combine the first seven ingredients in a bowl and knead well into a dough. Let it rise for at least 30 minutes. Form the dough into 12 rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with a beaten egg, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.
