Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 ½ dl water, lukewarm (lunkent vand)
  • 50 g yeast (fermented)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 500 g flour (Mel), sifted – preferably strong wheat flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick form bread, good for creative experiments or beginners

Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water. Add the flour, oil, salt, and sugar and knead everything into a smooth dough. Pour the dough into a greased 1.5-liter baking pan and let it rise for 20 minutes. Score the top of the bread and brush with water. Bake for approximately 35 minutes at 225°C.
