Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g low-fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- Herbs
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, adding just a dash of olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and, if you have them, add some fresh herbs. This makes a delicious, low-calorie dressing that pairs perfectly with leafy salads.
