Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 egg(s)
- 15 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, whole grain
- 1 lime(s), untreated
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. chili powder
- 1 pinch(s) of cane sugar
- 1 pinch(s) coriander powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Squeeze the lime and grate some of the zest. Knead everything into a dough that holds together well. Form the mixture into meatballs and fry them in a pan for about 20 minutes, until cooked through.
