Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • Fruits, frozen or fresh, according to season and taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • some milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp, heaped cinnamon

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very quickly prepared dessert

Whisk the quark with a little milk until smooth, then mix with the fruit (let frozen fruit thaw slightly!), honey, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. You’ll need to experiment with the honey and cinnamon, as not everyone likes the same sweetness or cinnamon flavor. It’s best to start with a little less and adjust the seasoning if needed. I always mix with the dough hook on the stand mixer on the lowest setting.
