Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp walnut oil, roasted
- 1 tbsp agave syrup, honey or cane sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Squeeze the juice of one lemon and pour it into a bowl. Add the mustard. Add pepper and salt to taste, and press in the garlic. Finely dice the onion. Then finely chop the flat-leaf parsley. Now add both oils, stirring constantly. Finally, add the onions and parsley to complete the salad dressing.
