Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • 4 tbsp yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk together lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the yogurt. Whip the cream until semi-stiff and carefully fold in. Pairs well with Chinese cabbage.
