Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 3 tbsp oil (peanut oil)
- salt and pepper
- 10 chicken thighs
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 5 minutes
sufficient for 10 chicken legs
Combine all ingredients and add the chicken thighs. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator, then grill.
