Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 g yogurt, Greek, approx.
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche, approx.
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp honey, approx.
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp thyme leaves, approx.
  • 50 g fried onions
  • n. B. Fried onions for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Dip or spread

Chop the thyme leaves. Mix the cream cheese with 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and about 100g of Greek yogurt until smooth. Add the crushed garlic and mix well with the thyme, a little salt, and honey. Finally, stir in the fried onions and let them marinate in the refrigerator. Season to taste before serving and sprinkle with the fried onions. The fried onions absorb a lot of the liquid. If you like, add more crème fraîche and/or yogurt.
