Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage
- 200 g mild yogurt
- Fruits (1 clementine or small orange, or 2 tangerines)
- ½ apple
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- Sugar
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the yogurt with the lemon juice, season with about 1 teaspoon of sugar (based on the specified amount for 4 people) and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Peel and dice the clementine, cut the apple into very small pieces. Chop the Chinese cabbage and mix everything together. Let it sit for about 15 minutes. It also tastes good with something like Lollo Bianco and a few carrot pieces.
