Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g rice
  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 30 g fat
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
  • 60 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the rice and drain the tuna in a colander. Chop the onions and mushrooms, heat the fat in a pan, and sauté the onions. Add the tuna and mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in the rice and heat gently, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and paprika. Stir in some of the cheese and sprinkle the rest over the dish. Side dish: Curry sauce with pineapple chunks
