Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 220 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp pudding powder (vanilla)
  • Fat for the mold
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a 24-inch springform pan. In a bowl, combine the double cream cheese with the quark, eggs, sugar, and vanilla pudding powder using a hand mixer. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the springform pan and smooth the surface. Bake the cheesecake in the oven (middle rack, fan oven 160 degrees Celsius or standard oven 180 degrees Celsius) for 50 minutes. Let it cool in the oven to prevent the cake from sinking.
