Oak leaf salad with currant dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of oak leaf lettuce
  • 2 apples
  • 1 handful of currants, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (blackcurrant vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some pepper from the mill
  • n. B. Water for infusion

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove the leaves from the oak leaf lettuce and wash them. Wash the apples and cut them into cubes or thin slices. For the dressing, mix the vinegar with the oil, salt, and pepper, and season to taste. Arrange the salad with the apple in a bowl or on plates and pour the dressing over it. Scatter the currants over the top.
