Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g butter
- 80 g milk powder
- 170 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 egg white
- 5 drops of bitter almond flavor, possibly more
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cream the butter until fluffy. Stir in the milk powder, powdered sugar, egg whites, and flavoring. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Form small balls with moistened hands. Place in praline molds. Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
