Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 2 heads of iceberg lettuce (400 g each)
- 5 oranges
- 250 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, chopped
- salt and pepper

Vegetarian, gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, lactose-free
Shred the lettuce, removing any coarse ribs. Wash the lettuce leaves and shake them dry. Peel the oranges and cut the flesh into small pieces. Make a marinade from the cream, lemon juice, and spices and mix it with the lettuce and orange segments.
