Anny's raspberry balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp mustard (fig mustard)
  • some salt and pepper
  • possibly salad herbs, as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a fork and season to taste with salt, pepper, and salad greens. The fig mustard is optional. If the vinaigrette is still too thick, simply add a tablespoon or two of water.
