Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 12 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp oil, if possible lemongrass-ginger oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp, heaped dill tips, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
simple, refreshing, delicious and without garlic
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and curry powder. Arrange the salad on a plate and spoon on the dressing. Garnish with a sliced egg.
