Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g beef, cooked
- 750 g boiled potatoes
- 3 onions
- 40 g fat, possibly bacon scraps
- Salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- Chives or parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cut the meat into thin slices or strips. Slice the peeled potatoes. Dice the onions and brown them in hot fat with a little bacon. Add the meat and brown lightly. Now add the potato slices, brown them lightly, season with salt, and let them simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes over moderate heat. Just before serving, pour the eggs beaten with milk and chives or parsley over the meat. Let them simmer, turn once, and serve. Serve with a green salad.
