Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 bunch spring onions
  • 6 apples
  • lemon juice
  • Oil (walnut)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the spring onions into rings. Peel and slice the apples into small pieces, drizzle with a little lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Combine the spring onions and apple pieces. Add walnut oil, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well.
