Chicory salad with ham and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 chicory
  • 5 slices of ham (cooked ham)
  • 5 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • e.g. cream
  • n. B. Juice (mandarin orange juice)
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, pepper, a pinch of sugar
  • possibly herbs (e.g. chives)
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Cut the chicory into small rings (leave the stem). If the chicory is very thick, cut some of the rings in half. Then wash and drain well. Dice the ham and cheese, and halve the mandarin orange segments again. For the dressing, mix the ingredients to taste. Combine the dressing with the other ingredients and let it sit for a short time.
