- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 shot of water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 2 tbsp Maggi
- Oil as needed

Finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl. Mix the vinegar, water, Maggi, salt, and pepper, and gradually whisk in enough oil until the sauce becomes slightly thickened.
