  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shot of water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Maggi
  • Oil as needed

Instructions

Finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl. Mix the vinegar, water, Maggi, salt, and pepper, and gradually whisk in enough oil until the sauce becomes slightly thickened.
