Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (150 g)
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • some pepper, black
  • possibly milk
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 small bunch of chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

goes well with any kind of salad

Combine yogurt, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, and mustard in a bowl and mix well. Finely chop or mince the parsley and chives (other spices are optional, depending on what works best) and add them to the yogurt mixture. Depending on the desired consistency, you can add milk to thin it. Season with pepper and serve over the prepared salad.
