Yogurt-basil dressing à la Sabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 5 stalks of basil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp tarragon, dried
  • ½ tbsp honey, liquid
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Pour the natural yogurt into a bowl and whisk until creamy. Add the honey and mix well. Finely chop the basil and garlic. Add it to the yogurt mixture along with the tarragon and mix until the cream turns a light green color. Whisk the olive oil into the mixture and season generously with salt and pepper. The dressing tastes best when refrigerated for 2 to 3 hours. Stir thoroughly again before serving.
