Tuna tartare on peach

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g tuna, sushi quality
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the tuna into cubes and marinate in soy sauce and olive oil for 15 minutes. In the meantime, slice the peaches and sprinkle with pepper. Serve the tartare with the peaches. Tip: You can also serve it with very finely chopped spring onions.
