Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter tomato juice
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • 200 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • some Tabasco
  • possibly onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grind cayenne pepper, pepper, salt, and sugar very finely in a mortar and pestle. Combine tomato juice, lemon juice, and orange juice in a blender. Add the spice mix and blend. Season to taste with a few dashes of Tabasco, and if you like, you can also add finely chopped onions.
