- 220 g lactose-free yogurt
- 40 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 80 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tsp honey, creamy

Puree the blueberries in a blender. Then add the strawberries, honey, and yogurt and blend well.
