Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g lactose-free yogurt
  • 40 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 80 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp honey, creamy

Instructions

Puree the blueberries in a blender. Then add the strawberries, honey, and yogurt and blend well.
