Stuffed pointed peppers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ½ pack of salad seasoning mix (salad topping, with dill)
  • 1 tsp fresh, chopped dill
  • 4 pointed peppers, red and yellow
  • 250 g cocktail tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

With sheep’s cheese

Lightly mix the feta, sour cream, salad dressing, and dill with a fork; the mixture should not become too soft. Fill the hollowed-out bell peppers with the mixture and chill thoroughly. Cut into approximately 3 cm thick strips before serving. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
