Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 quark, 40% fat
  • 75 sugar
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 flour
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Place the dough ingredients in a bowl and slowly knead with your hands until you have a smooth dough. Divide the kneaded dough into two equal pieces and roll each one out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Heat the butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a small saucepan, stirring constantly until the sugar has dissolved. Spread the warmed mixture thinly over the rolled out dough with a spoon. Roll the dough up and divide it into about 6 equal pieces. Flatten the pieces slightly with your hands and arrange them on the baking sheet. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 180 degrees fan-assisted oven for about 15 minutes. Let the finished rolls cool for about 5 minutes. If desired, you can add raisins or small pieces of apple to the dough.
