Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp flavored oil, e.g. basil oil, lemon oil, chili oil…
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped herbs of your choice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

our basic dressing for almost all vegetable salads

Mix the herb vinegar with the mustard and spices. Now add the oil and stir thoroughly again. Finely dice the shallot and add it to the dressing. Add a little water if desired. This dressing pairs wonderfully with all leafy salads, as well as beans, cucumbers, and tomatoes. You can vary the flavor by varying the oils and vinegars.
