Tomato and olive dip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 10 olives, green
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tsp, leveled coriander powder
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegan

Wash, trim, and finely chop the olives, onion, and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the chopped tomatoes, olives, onion, and garlic and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with coriander, salt, and pepper, and transfer to a glass bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
